This site creates some of the most difficult Sudoku puzzles that I have ever come across, possibly because they puzzle create incomplete puzzles which leads to non unique / multiple solutions. http://www.sudoku.com/ - choose Hard or Expert Level (Perhaps Medium too). I had a torrid time trying to solve the Medium to Expert level puzzles and that led me to check whether the puzzles were complete in the first place,
