Your capabilities (the way I see them):
1. You have mentorship qualities without being biased. In this world where external appearances matter more than aptitude, you believe in earning trust and dependability through merit. This, a youth of today, needs to imbibe looking at example such as yours.
2. A professional and organized approach / attitude in life to remain ready for all adversities at home or workplace. A must learning.
3. Being fair to self and others. Always to be there for those who stood by you through thick and thin irrespective of the stress.
No school or institution will teach all these, not even elders at home. Its great good fortune if one will have the resilience to learn from your guidance 🙏
