- Hold stick in both hands. Then lift the stick and bring it down without bending elbows.
- Move the stick to the left by the waist and then right. Move like a pendulum with stick in your hands, legs being stationary.
- Sit on bed and then place heels on floor and lift both toes, then place toes on floor and raise both heels
- Sit then stand, 10 times (with help if needed)
- Place a cloth on floor. Using toes only, grip the cloth between toes and pull the cloth. towards you.
