Exercises For Arthritis And Parkinson's

  1. Hold stick in both hands. Then lift the stick and bring it down without bending elbows.
  2. Move the stick to the left by the waist and then right. Move like a pendulum with stick in your hands, legs being stationary.
  3. Sit on bed and then place heels on floor and lift both toes, then place toes on floor and raise both heels
  4. Sit then stand, 10 times (with help if needed)
  5. Place a cloth on floor. Using toes only, grip the cloth between toes and pull the cloth. towards you.
