Fraud: Reserve Bank Of India

I received a mail today at 10:10AM apparently from RBI. When I clicked on the link below it took me to a site where I was to begin the verification process. 

I wonder why the first line in the mail is in Greek.

Now I traced the mail, it is a mail from Spain:

The mail to me went like this:
