Anita Advani

I read this article today which said

1. Anita Advani had wanted a no strings relationship with actor Rajesh Khanna,
2. She sent a legal notice requesting that she not be evicted from Rajesh Khanna's bungalow Ashiwaad.

I wonder how a person can say / do both these things. Maybe Anita wanted the bungalow only as a souvenir for old times' sake.
